Hello to all the bird hunters. I like to hunt birds as well .  It seems that when bird season is in that I have a lot of other things that have to get done, so I don’t get to hunt them as much as I would like . Hunting dove is the most abundant in my area.  I have always wanted to hunt pheasants, but the only experience that I have with pheasant is from the TV .  I guess I should keep practicing so if the opportunity to hunt pheasant ever comes my way I will be ready.  I like to shoot sporting clays to get warmed up before season, it really seams to help.  The dove are a challenge, but that is what makes it enjoyable to me .  My shell to bird ratio is not something that I would care to discuss, but I do enjoy trying .  I think that the birds that fly by me don’t worry too much about making it through .  Maybe I will get to scare off some pheasant one day, I have it on my wish list.  If you have a good hunting experience I would love to hear about it.  You could even let everyone in on your dream hunt.
